Reports answers the questions a council, a board or a contract manager asks, one page per question:
| Report | What it shows | Who |
|---|---|---|
| Usage | Rides by day, by the hour they started and by pass; ride time and distance in bands; total time, distance and the average ride | the control room, Marketing, managers, admins |
| Stations | Each station's rides started and ended, its net flow of bikes, and how often it had no bike to take or no dock free. Sort by busiest, quietest, most often empty or full, or most bikes in or out | the control room, managers, admins |
| Fleet | The share of the fleet rideable, rides per bike a day, faults reported by part, the time between faults on the same bike or dock, and the time to repair | the control room, managers, admins |
| Money | Sales and credits by day, by kind of sale, by pass and by how they were paid, with VAT. Its totals match the invoice list to the cent | Marketing, managers, admins |
Reading a report
- Choose the period: Today, 7 days, 28 days or 90 days, or any dates up to a year, then Show.
- Each report compares the period with the same number of days just before it, and says which days those are.
- The figures at the top give the period's totals with the change from the period before. The bar charts put each day, hour or band beside the same one before; point at a bar to read it. Each chart's figures are also there as a table for screen readers.
- Download CSV gets the same figures as a spreadsheet: one line per day and figure.
The Money report links to the invoices of the same days, so any figure can be traced to its documents.
Other figures
- Home, for managers and admins, has today's sales, top-ups and rides beside yesterday's, the service level of the last seven days, and the fleet and stations now.
- Maintenance → SLA reports on work orders against their deadlines (see Deadlines).
- The City map has the last hours of rides, cancelled unlocks and stations empty or full, and a heat map of where rides start and end.
- A rider's page has their own statistics by month, CO₂ avoided included.
- Admin → Export downloads the raw records (see Export).
CO₂ avoided counts every kilometre ridden as one a car would otherwise have driven, at the EU average for new cars (107 g/km). It is an upper bound: say so when you quote it.
